This was a fashionista party.....in rainbow colors decor....it was also a concert event for her birthday....it has dance numbers and singing and a band....cake was done by D'Bakers, a fashionista design w/ signature brands....her tokens were her pics during the pictorial w/ frames in multi-colors........it was an enjoyable party....for the chinese tradition, the age of 16 is very crucial and important.....held at the grand ballroom of Sugarland Hotel....
